It’s official, I’m rebranding myself as a small wedding photographer. Give me all the backyard weddings. The weddings that are basically just family reunions. I had so much fun photographing this wedding! Sherry is the sweetest person and made me feel like we’d been friends forever. I loved all the laughs and smiles!
Small, intimate weddings are my favorite. Most of the weddings I photograph have guest lists of 75 - 150 people. No need for huge venues or an entire staff of planners and coordinators…just a few friends and family members coming together to celebrate love. Mwah. I love it. I could photograph these every weekend and be so happy!
Sherry contacted me for a small wedding ceremony at the Osprey Pointe Pavilion in Noblesville and it was decorated so beautifully! I’ve photographed here before and she asked me where They should set up their arch so I thought I’d make a post to show their set up in case anyone else getting married here wanted to see what it would look like.
I love small intimate weddings! Shelly got ready at her friends house which I highly recommend over booking a hotel room. Everything is more personal and relaxed at someone’s house. There are usually lots of places to get changed and use the bathroom. Room to spread out that you just don’t have in a hotel room. So, stay home. Relax. …and get married!!!
