Is it cliché to say that I want to buy so many of the houses I photograph? Because, I say it a lot. This one, however. Oh boy. I can see why it barely lasted twenty-four hours live because it. was. fabulous! Not only was it a ranch style house with space, but it also had a sauna, a den, a bar, AND a fitness/sunroom. When I say that I died for this house. Whew. Does anyone know if builders are building ranch style houses anymore because I’m about to request that and then use this floorplan :P

An Adorable First Home

Look at this! I am a sucker for a hardwood floor—even if its got a little paint on it. This adorable three bedroom in Edgewood would be the perfect starter house or income property. That fireplace is awesome and I am even loving the room with the wood paneling. I would definitely put my office in there! Houses are selling fast around here and with Edgewood being such a highly sought out neighborhood, I’m sure this one will be pending in no time <3

These are my absolute favorite houses to photograph. Anderson is full of them thanks to many years of factory jobs. We have whole neighborhoods full of these simple little two - three bedroom homes that are perfect for families just starting out or individuals who like to have an office. There is something to be said for simplicity. I am so lucky that I get to see so many of these wonderful properties brought back to life and enjoyed again.

Another historical house that I wished I could buy. * Le Sigh * The perils of being a real estate photographer. That sunroom would make a wonderful little natural light photography studio. Its for the best though, I saw this is already pending so the new owners will love it just as much as me.

I grab updated shots for Mustin Builders once a week for their Facebook Page and I always love seeing their finished products. The layout that has the office up front with the french doors. *Thumps up. And, once again, I find myself jealous of a garage.

This house! I always laugh with my agents and tell them that every house I photograph I want to buy, but this one was really true. I am so glad that someone else sees the potential in fixer uppers and brought this place up to modern standards. Not pictured was a whole workspace in the back that would have been a great photography studio.

I love me a simple two bedroom home with character so Meadowbrook is always a good bet for a house I’ll end up raving about. I that porch so you can watch the world go by and the mail slot into the house with means I would never forget to bring in my mail for a week ever again (I’m sure my mailman hates me) But also, do you see that kitchen and the breakfast nook. So cute!

Hey, my old stomping grounds! I used to live in this neighborhood way back in the day! Love the work that was done to this house and the color they chose for the fireplace! This property was listed by Lainie Inglis with Berkshire Hathaway and sold a short time later.

This listing was on my schedule on a late April day when I was racing a cold front so that I could get these mls listing photos before a bunch of snow fell. And I did it! I am so glad that I got to get the photos for this property before all of that nice green grass got covered with snow. You never quite know what the weather is going to do in Indiana, but just know that I will be prepared for it! haha

Tri-level homes are so cool! I love the downstairs living room in this one. The fireplace and exposed beams really made it a cozy space that I could imagine cozy-ing up in with a good book after a long day at work. Apparently, someone else thought so too because it sold within a few days of being listed!
