We keep it loose around here and let kids be kids. They may not stand perfectly with their hand resting on your shoulder with “just the right smile” but they will be genuine and I will get at least one smile, haha. We might have to let them run around and be crazy while I chase after them to get it, but we get it :P
A session is a session is a session. Whether or not I’m photographing one person or twenty people, all my sessions cost the same so you might as well call your siblings and your parents and get the whole gang together! I love doing large family sessions. Bring em on!
I get asked often if we can do a couple of different looks during out session and the answer is: absolutely! I tend to photograph headshots very quickly (I’ve done a few) and we can fit in a few different outfits easily into your session.
I like to leave my couples times to enjoy a few moments alone and go photograph cocktail hour candid’s. The Day is long and its nice for couples to have time away from people to rest and reset and before they have to go back out and do all of the dancing and toasts and cakes. These two were 100% on board with that idea. Which is good because the rest of the night was a whirlwind of emotions!
Does traveling with a set of grandparents, three siblings, and their five kids make you a little queasy? Not to worry! I can come to you. Where ever that may be!
